TITLE:
Error: "Key cannot be null"
ISSUE:
You start a scan and receive several errors at the beginning of your scan, all of which include the phrase "Key cannot be null"
CAUSE:
Your local copy of SecureBase has been corrupted and needs to be re-initialized. To re-initialize your SecureBase database:
1) Close WebInspect
2) Navigate to the following directory:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SPI Dynamics\WebInspect\7.0\SecureBase
3) Rename the Securebase.sdf file located there to Securebase.old.
4) Start WebInspect
5) Install any updates
6) Rerun your scan.
